Shabby Chic wall decor

What a Fabulous piece. I am so in love with it. I can think of at least five spots in my home I can put this beautiful shabby chic wall décor.  It is quite large (48" x 60") and quite the show stopper. The piece is tastefully distressed and authentic looking. It is currently sitting on display at a friends shop in Pointe-Claire, Quebec.

I originally wanted to replicate it for my home but I cannot find anything that compares. I tried searching medallions on the internet but they are much too expensive.

This piece is $129.00
I thought about relief stencils but I cannot find anything suitable or with as much detailing as this.

If anyone has any suggestions...or tips where I could find inexpensive medallions. I would be eternally grateful... all suggestions are welcome.
I have already purchased the canvas,  just searching for the perfect medallion.

  5. What about a ceiling tin with gesso on top? you can get ceiling tins for about 8 dollars on the net and they are incredibly ornate!
